New Protocol and hours March 23rd 2020

Hi everyone as we see this COVID 19 developing we have made these changes to our retail practices.

As of today will be limiting the number of people in store at any one time to 4 (We will have the door locked at all times and ask groups for only one to come in at a time) We would like to limit time in the store to as minimal as possible, and waiting outside after you have paid would be greatly appreciated.

People can phone for Sales appts we will allow 5 minutes per appt so if someone phones for appt we will be locking our door for them.. We ask for your understanding in this and will post a notice on our door. Come to the door if you know what you need and we will get items ready for you.

We are encouraging purchase over the phone, we can deliver to your car, pay and pick up for accessories etc.

We will go to appt only for bike service and customer can leave their bike outside and let a staff member know it is there and service will take it from there we will call customer to discuss work. Service door will be closed.

We are ending our Swap. all Customers will be called and can pick up there bikes by appointment.

Test rides to one per person.

Sales -No trying on anything helmets, glove, goggles, clothing.
