We now have a safe protocol in place for trying on helmets and shoes so rest assured you can get a great fit safely.

Store practices….March 30 2020

Our current retail practices and hours… We have a very safe 2 meter distancing being exercised in our store as well as stringent cleaning protocols. We are limiting the number of customers in the store to ensure this. We will be adjusting our open hours to accommodate you so check website and FB for this. We are looking out for our valued customers and team, we still want to give you our high level of service and are continuing to do that! See our new delivery Services and Demo van.

Service Shop 
We are booking Service now with our new protocol in place. Call to book appointment we will write up work order and have it ready for your bike upon arrival. Advise Store staff you are here and leave your bike in stand provided we will take care of your bike from there! Please make sure bike is cleaned thoroughly upon drop off It will help us very much in our process We will call you once bike is in the stand and being worked on for any further details as always.
Service Sales van is available for pick up drop off as well call for appointment

We will be limiting the number of people in store at any one time. We will still give you that high level of service you are used to! Keeping your time limited would be a great strategy having an idea of what you are looking for will enable us to help you as quickly as possible. If you are waiting outside, we will be with you as soon as possible, as well as coming outside to check your needs., We are trying to make sure people do not have to wait too long so appreciating your thoughtfulness in this regard. We still want to give you our high level of service and will continue to do that.

Please wash your hands upon entry to Store. Bathroom beside desk soap and paper towels provided. Wipes also provided.

Come to the door if you know what you need and we will be with you asap and get items ready for you. If we have our limit in the store we will get your items prepared for you.

We are encouraging purchase over the phone. We can deliver to your car, pay and pick up for accessories etc. Delivery of purchases is available call for details.

Sales of clothing, gloves and Helmets… unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any trying on at this time….
In saying that all helmets are sized by cm and we can measure your head and get the fit you need. Very sorry for the inconvenience the reason being, cleaning is very difficult to do effectively on these items…If you know your size we can definitely get those items for you.

As we see this COVID 19 developing we are making further measures to our retail practices and hours.

We are cleaning all surfaces regularly; door knobs and handles and a vigilant cleaning protocol is in place.

We will be open shortened hours check website and FB for hours. We are looking out for our valued customers and team, we still want to give you our high level of service and are continuing to do that!

 As of today will be limiting the number of people in store at any one time to 1 (We will have the door locked) We would like to limit time in the store to as minimal as possible to allow other customers to be helped, If you could please wait outside after you have paid it would be greatly appreciated. We are trying to make sure people do not have to wait too long so appreciated your thoughtfulness in this regard.

If you are waiting to purchase outside we will have a staff member come out and help you as soon as available.  If you know what you need we will have it ready to go for you and expediate the process. Thanks for your patience. 250-372-3001

Effective immediately we will be open shortened hours 12-5 daily Tuesday—Saturday (please email or call us within this time) We are looking out for our customers and Team and feel this is the best practice at this time. 

As of today will be limiting the number of people in store at any one time to 1 (We will have the door locked) We would like to limit time in the store to as minimal as possible to allow other customers to be helped, If you could pleasewait outside after you have paid it would be greatly appreciated. Please keep your visit to 5 minutes max if possible.

 New Protocol and hours March 23rd 2020

Hi everyone as we see this COVID 19 developing we have made these changes to our retail practices.

As of today will be limiting the number of people in store at any one time to 4 (We will have the door locked at all times and ask groups for only one to come in at a time) We would like to limit time in the store to as minimal as possible, and waiting outside after you have paid would be greatly appreciated.

People can phone for Sales appts we will allow 5 minutes per appt so if someone phones for appt we will be locking our door for them.. We ask for your understanding in this and will post a notice on our door. Come to the door if you know what you need and we will get items ready for you.

We are encouraging purchase over the phone, we can deliver to your car, pay and pick up for accessories etc.

We will go to appt only for bike service and customer can leave their bike outside and let a staff member know it is there and service will take it from there we will call customer to discuss work. Service door will be closed.

We are ending our Swap. all Customers will be called and can pick up there bikes by appointment.

Hi All

Hoping all of you are well..

Here is our Update on our COVID 19 protocol..

As an additional measure we will be implementing a limit of 6 customers in the store at any one time.. We will be locking our door if we reach this capacity and appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard. We will open up space as this format allows. We do not anticipate this issue in the store but would rather have a protocol in place if we were to get too busy. Social distancing is being practiced and we appreciate you support in this.
We continue to be vigilant with our cleaning protocol every morning and through out the day.
We will be offering free delivery with Bike purchases and credit card payment over the phone. We are currently working on our online inventory for you to shop on our website.
We will also be taking phone orders and can have items brought out to your car for pick up.

To everyone in our community be good to each other, take care of each other.

With the developing news around COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are closely monitoring updates at the local and national/international levels and enhancing our procedures. Our guests and team members are the heart of what makes Spoke Bike and Ski what it is, and we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure our stores are as clean as possible for you and our team.

Among the measures we are taking:

1. Our staff is being extra conscious to be washing hands after every customer interaction entering the store (in the mornings, after lunch breaks, etc.), and after bike sales/test-rides.

2. We will continue to follow our opening and closing cleaning checklists to continue delivering the clean environment and that is includes wiping down countertop and surfaces regularly.

3. We are asking customers to wash hands upon entry to store and we do have gloves provided for you if you would prefer.

4. We are going to be getting our Service to Go up and running again for those of you that would be interested in having bikes picked up and worked on then returned. (Delivery/pick up charges do apply) We will be posting details as they are confirmed.

5. If required we will be limiting number of customers in the store at one time for the protection of our valued customers and team.
